ESTPs don't wait for consensus to change. We watch the flow. And right now, the flow is clear. The market makers are leaving, and the retail liquidity is following. The time to build is when the market is quiet. If you are a builder, look at the protocols that are generating fees from actual usage, not from emissions. If you are a trader, look for the liquidity gaps in the market. The spread is a cost, but it is also a signal. When the spread is wide, the market is inefficient, and that is where the alpha is. The bad news is that the market is inefficient because it is dangerous. But the dangerous inefficiencies are the only ones that pay. When all the liquidity pools look the same, the edges are gone.
